Payment and Ordering
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway to ensure your financial details remain protected. For orders over £100, we also offer the option to pay in instalments through Klarna.
We currently ship throughout the UK and Europe. UK mainland deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 working days, while European deliveries take 5-7 working days depending on your location. We're looking to expand our shipping options to include worldwide delivery in the near future.
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 or free for orders over £49. Next-day delivery is available for £5.99 when ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday. European shipping costs vary between £7.99-£12.99 depending on your location. Delivery charges are always shown at checkout before payment.
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.
You can view your order status by logging into the My Account area on our website. From there, select "Order History" to see all your previous purchases and their current status. If your order shows as dispatched, you can click on the tracking number to see its progress.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, your order will have entered our processing system and cannot be modified. Please contact admin@gymsavvy.com or call 07999 800808 immediately if you need to make changes.
As soon as you realise there is a problem with your order, please contact us on admin@gymsavvy.com or call 07999 800808 so we can rectify the issue. Please have your order number ready and details of what's incorrect. We aim to resolve all order issues within 3 business days.
UK customers when orders are placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. This service costs £5.99 and is not available on bank holidays or weekends.
Returns & Refunds
Our full returns policy can be found here: Refund Policy. In summary, you have 30 days from receipt to return unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns are free for UK customers using our prepaid returns label.
To start a return, visit the online returns portal via your account dashboard or email admin@gymsavvy.com with your order number and items you wish to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for UK customers) and instructions. Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days.
Once we've received and processed your return, refunds typically take 3-5 working days to appear in your account for credit/debit card payments. PayPal refunds usually process within 24 hours. If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please contact our customer service team.
We do offer exchanges, however advise the quickest method to receive a replacement item is to raise a return and place a new order for the correct item.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or without tags cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.
Products & Sizing
Yes, all our products include a detailed size guide. You can find our comprehensive women's size guide on each product page. Our women's sizes range from S-XL, with measurements provided for bust, waist, and hips to help you find your perfect fit.
You can see the men's size guide on the individual product pages. Our men's sizes range from S to XL, with measurements for chest, waist, and inseam. For leggings and shorts, we also provide a thigh measurement guide.
Our premium gymwear is designed to maintain its shape and size after washing. To ensure longevity, we recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle and avoiding tumble drying. Always follow the care instructions on the garment label.
We're committed to inclusivity and currently offer women's sizes up to UK 18 (XL) and men's sizes up to XL. We're actively working to expand our size range further in our upcoming collections.
For best results and to extend the life of your gymwear, we recommend washing in cold water (30°C) on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid fabric softeners as they can break down the elasticity of performance fabrics. Air dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat. You can also check out our blog on preventing pilling here
Yes, all Gymsavvy products are designed for optimal performance during any workout intensity. Our fabrics have been selected and tested to endure the most gruelling workouts whilst still maintaining their shape and fit.
Account Management
Creating an account is simple! Click the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website and select "Register." Fill in your details and create a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save delivery information, and arrange returns.
If you would like to delete your account, please contact admin@gymsavvy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 14 days and send confirmation once completed.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours.
Log into your account, navigate to "Account Settings," and select "Personal Information." From there, you can update your contact details, delivery address, and communication preferences.
Company Information
Not yet, but this service will be available in the near future. We're currently developing our digital gift card system, which we expect to launch in time for the 2025 Christmas shopping season! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when they're available.
We are not currently recruiting, but when we have available positions, we will advertise them on our website under the "Careers" section. We typically look for passionate individuals with experience in fitness, retail, marketing, and customer service.
Our headquarters are located in London, UK, where our design team develops all our products. We have a dedicated warehouse that handles all order fulfilment and distribution.
Sustainability & Ethics
We aim to keep use of packaging, plastics and excess materials - such as swing tags - to a minimum. We still have work to do to improve our sustainability and plan to expand our goals in this area throughout 2025 and into 2026, including introducing biodegradable mailers and using more recycled fabrics in our collections.
Yes, we partner exclusively with factories that meet our strict ethical manufacturing standards. We regularly audit our supply chain to ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child labour.
We're gradually increasing the percentage of sustainable materials in our products. By the end of 2026, we have a goal to achieve at least 20% of our collection made from sustainable or recycled materials.
We're taking several steps to reduce our environmental impact, including consolidating shipments to reduce transport emissions and implemented a work-from-home policy to reduce commuting emissions.
